Ayes: Schnedler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. 20th On the day of March 2018, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Ordinance No. 2018- 428, and moved that it be given its first reading. The motion was seconded by Schnedler. Ayes: Schnedler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Five members of the Council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Steve Berner declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2018- 428, was read the first time, discussed, and placed on record. 3rd On the day of April 2018, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced Ordinance No. 2018- 428, and that it be its moved given second reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Upton. Ayes: Upton, Schnedler, Havens, Bartels. Nays: None. Absent: Ryan Four members of the Council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Steve Berner declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2018- 428, was read the second time and discussed and placed on record. Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 2018- 428 be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. Passed by 3rd the Council on the day of April 2018, and approved by the Mayor on the 3rd day of April 2018.
