ATTEST: Abigail Hora, Deputy City Clerk I, Abigail Hora, Deputy City Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, FROM R-1C TO C-1S FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS 301 MAIN STREET, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, and known as No. 2018-426 was duly passed by the Council on the 20th day of March 2018, and signed by the Mayor on the 21st day of March 2018, and published on the 21st day of March 2018, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
