On the 19`" - day of June 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced Ordinance No. 2016- 387, and moved That it be given its first reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Upton. 4 Ayes: Upton; Bartels, Havens, Kahler, Ryan Nays: None Five members of the Council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Steve Berner declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2016- 387, was read the first time, discussed, and placed on record. Motion to suspend the requirement to pass ordinance on one consideration before final passage as stated in Iowa Code Section 380. 3 by Bartels. Seconded by Kahler, Roll Call: Bartels, Havens, Kahler, Upton; Ryan.
