W CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO. 2016- 386 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, FROM R- 1 C TO R- 1 D, FROM R- 4 TO R- 1 D, FROM R_- 1E1E TO R- 2, FROM R- 1 E TO R- 1 C, FROM R- 4 TO R- 2 AND FROM R- 1 E TO R -1D FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS AUDITOR' S PARCEL 2006- 033, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY - DESCRIBED HEREIN BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the official zoning map of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, concerning property locally described as Auditor' s Parcel 2006- 033, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, attached hereto and incorporated herein. a " Section 2. Amendment.
