CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO. 2013- 344 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND. SECTION 7. 04 OF THE TIFFIN ZONING ORDINANCE TO ADD BICYCLE PARKING REQUIREMENTS BE IT ENACTED by the City' Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa: Section I. Purpose: The purpose- of this ordinance is to amend Section 7. 04 of the. Tiffin Zoning Ordinance in order to add requirements regarding bicycle parking. Section II. Amendment: Section 7. 04 of the Tiffin Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 7 PARKING AND LOADING 7. 04 Parking Or Loading Space: ti A. For properties zoned, R- 1 E: Category Parking Requirements Bicycle Parking Dwellings Two spaces for each dwelling None required unit F B. For properties zoned R- 1A,R- 1B, R- 1C AND R- 2: Category Parking Requirements ' Bicycle Parking Dwellings Two s paces for each dwelling None required unit Church or One space for each five seats of ' 10% Temple average seating in the main auditorium Golf Courses and Country Five spaces for each hole 20% Clubs Community Centers , Ten spaces plus one additional 10% Libraries or Museums space for each 300 square feet of floor area in excess of 2, 000 square feet: Schools and One space for each classroom or. 25% Public Buildings office room plus one space for each five seats of average seating in the main auditorium, stadium, or place of public assembly. Long- term Care Facilities One space per dwelling unit None required
