RESOLUTION NO. 2026-031 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE MODIFICATIONS TO THE OPD BUILDING RENDERINGS FOR LOTUS HILL SOUTH, TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the Developer of Lotus Hill South in Andersen Addition has proposed to make changes to the OPD building renderings; and, Whereas, OPD .07, subsection K, of Ordinance 2017-393 allows for ‘Modifications to Plans Prior to Completion of Initial Construction’ to be approved by the City Council; and, Whereas, the modifications are attached to this resolution; and, Whereas, the attached minor modifications have been reviewed by City Staff and the City Attorney and recommend approval, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the building rendering modifications to the OPD for Lotus Hill South, Tiffin, Iowa. On the 5th day of May, 2026, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2026-031, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE MODIFICATIONS TO THE OPD BUILDING RENDERINGS FOR LOTUS HILL SOUTH, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2026-031, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE MODIFICATIONS TO THE OPD BUILDING RENDERINGS FOR LOTUS HILL SOUTH, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
