I, Ruth Demuth, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1979-85 BY INCREASING THE BOND AMOUNT AND AMENDING PENALTY PROVISIONS, and known as No. 2008-293 was duly passed by the City Council on the 8th day of October 2008, and signed by the Mayor on the 8th day of October 2008, and published on the 8th day of October 2008, by posting copies thereof in four public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
