Thereupon, it was moved by Council person Dils and seconded by Councilperson Wright that the laws and rules providing that ordinances be considered and voted on for passage at two council meetings prior to the meeting at which it is to be finally approved by suspended and dispensed with and that Ordinance No. 2007-288 be placed on its last reading. AYES: Petersen, Bartels, Dils, Wright and Demuth. NAYS: None. Five members of the council being present and having voted “Aye”, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2007-288, AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING PLACEMENT OF A LOCK BOX SYSTEM was then placed on its last reading as was read the last time. Thereupon it was moved by Councilperson Wright and seconded by Councilperson Petersen that ORDINANCE NO. 2007-288be placed upon its final passage and adopted. AYES: Demuth, Petersen, Dils, Wright and Bartels. NAYS: None. Five members of the council being present and having voted “Aye”, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and the ordinance no. 2007-288., AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING PLACEMENT OF A LOCK BOX SYSTEM was passed and adopted. Whereupon the mayor declared that ORDINANCE NO. 2007-288, and entitled, AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING PLACEMENT OF A LOCK BOX SYSTEM be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. Passed by the council on the 14th day of November, 2007 and approved by the mayor on the 14th day of November, 2007.
