REIHMAN, City Clerk I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that on Ordinance entitled FLOOD ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA: AMENDING MAP NOTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 2002-256, ORDINANCE NO. 185 AND ORDINANCE NO. 252 AND ADOPTING THE FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP (FIRM) PANELS 154, 158, 159, 160, 166, AND 167 PREPARED AND DATED February 16, 2007 AND DECLARED TO BE THE OFFICIAL FLOOD PLAIN ZONING MAP and known as No. 2006-284 was duly passed by the Tiffin City Council on the 13th day of December 2006, and signed by the Mayor on the 20th day of December, 2006 and published on the 4th day of January, 2007 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
