Five members of the council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2006-279, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE No 1998-218 TO ESTABLISH FEES CHARGED TO LOT OWNERS FOR CONNECTION, was read the second time and discussed and placed on record. On the 3rd day of April 2006, at a special meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Wright introduced Ordinance No. 2006-279, and moved that it be read for the last and final time. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Dils. Ayes: Wright, Dils, Demuth, Bartels, and Petersen. Nays: None. Motion carried. Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Demuth and seconded by Councilperson Wright that Ordinance No. 2006-279, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH FEES CHARGED TO LOT OWNERS FOR CONNECTION, be placed upon its final passage and be adopted. Ayes: Wright, Dils, Demuth, Petersen and Bartels. Nays: None. Five members of the council being present and having voted "Aye:", Mayor Glenn R.
