On the 11 thday of January 2006, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, 1.:' Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Peterspn introduced Ordinance No2 006- 274 , and moved that it be given its second reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Wright DeMuth,, Dils, Bartels, Petersen and Wright Ayes: None. Nayes: Five members of the council, being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2 0 0 6- 274 , was read the second and discussed and placed- on record. On- the 11 thof January 2006, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffm, Iowa, CouncilpersotPetersen . introduced Ordinance• No. 2 0 0 6- 2 74 , and moved that it" be given its third and last reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Wright i Ayes: Petersen, Bartels, Wright, DeMuth and Dils Nayes: None. Five members of the council being present and having voted," Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Di is and seconded by Councilperson - Ppi- prs6' n that Ordinance No. 2004- 274 be placed upon its final passage and adopted.
