I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80 AND CURRENTLY OWNED BY WASHINGTON PARK PARTNERS, and known as No. 2003-257 was duly passed by the council on the 12th day of February 2003, and signed by the mayor on the 17th day of February 2003, and published on the 19th day of February 2003, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
