I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH/MAINTAIN A PUBLIC LIBRARY, TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, POWERS AND DUTIES OF A BOARD OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES and known as No. 2001-245 was duly passed by the council on the 9th day of May 2001, and signed by the mayor on the 9th day of May 2001, and published on the 22nd day of May 2001, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
