Reihman, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, REZONING APPROXIMATELY 65 ACRES LOCATED SOUTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY SIX, NORTH OF THE IOWA INTERSTATE RAILROAD, AND WEST OF CLEAR CREEK-AMANA SCHOOL and known as No. 2001-242 was duly passed by the council on the 11th day of April 2001, and signed by the mayor on the 11th day of April 2001, and published on the 27th day of March 2001, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
