CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO. 1998 - 221 • AN ORDINANCE REESTABLISHING THE LOCATION FOR POSTING OFFICIAL CITY NOTICES AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1980- 89 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA. i= BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 11SHR,IOWA: Section 1.Purgose. The purpose of this ordinance is to reestablish the location for the posting of official city notices and ordinances. Section 2.Repeal. Ordinance No. 1980- 89 entitled " An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No.74 establishing official posting places to publish and post notices and ordinances for the City of Tiffin" is hereby repealed Section 3.Re stablishment of Official Posting Locations. The following locations and establishments are hereby designated as official posting locations to publish • and post notices and ordinances for the City of Tiffin, and may be re stablished by resolution of the City Council U. S. Post Office AMOCO Station Morgan' s Station Section 3.Repealer. All ordinances or parts ordinances of in conflict with the provisions this of Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4.Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section S.Ef ective Date. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval, and posting as provided by law.
