211 CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA ORDINANCE NO . 1997 - TO THE ORDINANCE NO. 1996- 204 ( ZONING AN AMENDMENT REZONE LOT 19, REEVES ADDITION, PART II, ORDINANCE) TO TIFFIN, IOWA, FROM R3 CLASSIFICATION TO C2 CLASSIFICATION. ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: BE IT Section 1. Purpose: The purpose of this ordinance is to Ordinance No. 1996 - 204 ( Zoning) to rezone Lot 19 , amend Addition, Part Two, Tiffin, Iowa from R3 to C2 Reeves classification. Section 2. Amendment. The following shall be rezoned on the comprehensive plan -and zoning map of the City of Tiffin, from R3 Classification to C2 Classification: Lot 19, Reeve' s Addition - Part Two, to Tiffin, Iowa, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 37, Page 43, Plat Records of Johnson County, Iowa, Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. If section, provision, or Section 4. Severability. any part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the whole, or section, validity of the ordinance as a any provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional . Section 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in final approval, and posting as effect after its passage, provided ' by law.
