Purpose : Tiffin Ordinance No . 1996- 204 § 5 . 07 ( D) ( 4) to amend City of R- 3 zones to specifically allow zero lot- and ( 5) regarding separate lots and also to line structures on adjoining with fifty- 50) ( specifically allow single- family residences foot front yard widths .
