CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA ORDINANCE NO. 1995- 193 AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE IN GRACEHILL ESTATES SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN, ZONING OF LOTS IOWA. ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: BE IT Section 1. Purpose : The purpose- of this ordinance is to 83 ( to provide for the amend Ordinance No. Zoning) Lots 1 and 2 Gracehill Estates appropriate of zoning Subdivision, Tiffin, Iowa. Section 2. Amendment . The following shall be added to the comprehensive plan and zoning map of the City of Tiffin for Lots 1 through 2 in the Gracehill. Estates Subdivision: D. Lots 1 and 2, shall be zoned R- 1 . Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. If section, provision, or Section 4.
