Amendment: Section 18 of Ordinance No. 1979-83, as amended, is hereby repealed and the following Section 18 is enacted in lieu thereof: Section 18. Parking Requirements. The following shall be the number of off-street parking spaces required for each respective district. A parking space shall be an area at least 9 feet wide and 20 feet long connected to a public street or alley by driveway not less than 10 feet wide and so arranged as to permit ingress and egress of the automobile parked adjacent to the parking space. R-1 District - 2 spaces per lot R-2, R-3 Districts - 2 spaces per dwelling unit. 2 spaces per lot for zero-lot line dwellings. TC District - 1 space per lot Section 9. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 10. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 11. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval, and posting as provided by law.
