Ayes: Brown, Morgan, Barteks, Kern and Strathon Nays: None Five members of the Council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glen Potter declared the motion carried, and the Ordinance passed and adopted. Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 1994-182 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. Passed by the Council on the 9th day of March, 1994, and approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of March, 1994.
