II ORDINANCE NO. 1994- 182 AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE ZONING AND REZONING OF LANDS CONTAINED IN THE JOHNSTON- POTTERFIELD SUBDIVISION INSIDE THE CITY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: SECTION 1 PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is amend Ord. No. 83 Zoning) to provide for the appropriate zoning of certain lands inside the City and to comply with the provisions of Resolution No. 1994- 6 providing for the zoning of certain lands in the Johnston- Potterfield Subdivision. SECTION 2: AMENDMENT TO ORD. 83. The following shall be added to the comprehensive plan and zoning map of the City of Tiffin to lands pertaining to the Johnston- Potterfield Subdivision: A. Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4 shall be zoned R- 3; B. Lots 7, 8, 9, & 10 shall be zoned R- 1; and C. Lots 6 & A shall be zoned A- 1. SECTION 3: REPEALER. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of the Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 5: SEVERABILITY. If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall no affect the validity of.the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
