ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1987- 145 . BE fT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: SECTION I . Purpose. The of this• Ordinance purpose is to adopt- the application of the Iowa State Building Code ( Iowa Code Chapter 103A) in Tiffin, Iowa, for all' s`tructures and premises other than one two and family, dwellings , other' structures which are governed by the C. A. B. O. pursuant to Ordinance No. 1987- 145., SECTION II . The Iowa State Building Code ( Iowa Code Chapter 103A). is hereby adopted for application in the City of Tiffin for all structures and premises than other those one and . two family dwellings which are governed by the C. A. B. O. pursuant to Ordinance No. 1987- 145 in the City of Tiffin, Iowa. Section III . Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. r Section IV. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or uncon- stitutional , the ordinance such as a adjudication shall not affect the validity of whole, or any section, provision, Or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional , Section V.
