Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 1993-176 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by fixing his signature thereto. Reihman I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an Ordinance entitled An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance #83 of the Municipal Code of Tiffin, Iowa, (as renumbered by ordinance 1984-126 By changing the lot size requirement of property zoned in R-1) and known as 1993-176 was duly passed by the Council on the 13th day of January, 1993 and signed by the Mayor on the 13th day of January, 1993 and published on the 31st day of March, 1993 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin Iowa.
