q6/ -/ ORDINANCE NO. / 17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF- TIFFIN, IOWA, ( AS RENUMBERED BY ORDINANCE 126 ) 1984- 1 ( SINGLE BY CHANGING FAMILY, THE LOT SIZE REQUIREMENT OF PROPERTY ZONED IN R- RESIDENTIAL) BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose. Zoning Ordinance No. 83 The the of purpose of this ordinance is to amend Municipal Code of Tiffin, Iowa, bySingle- changing the lot size requirement for property zoned as R- 1 , family, residential ) . Section 2. Amendments . Ordinance No. 83 , zoning regulations for the an ordinance enacting City of Tiffin, Iowa, ( as renumbered by Ordinance 1984- 126 ) is hereby amended as follows : Section 19 ( formerly Section 17 ) is hereby repealed and the amended Section 19 ( formerly Section' 17 ) shall read as follows: Section 19 . Lot Requirements .
