Ordinance No. 990- 169 ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R- 1 ( SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO R- 3 ( MULTI- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: SECTION I. Purpose, The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the present City of Tiffin Ordinance N . 197 81 by changing the use classificationof the real estate described in Section II from R- 1 single- family reSidentia ) to R- 3 ( multi- family residential). SECTION II. ,Amendment.
