Kern, Clerk-Treasurer The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1979-83 OF THE THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO R-2 (DUPLEX) was published on the 13th day of June 1988 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits, two of which are the mayor's office and the post office.
