of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, which was duly recorded in Book 19, page 53, Records of Johnson County, Iowa, to conform to this amendment, upon the final passage, approval and publication of the ordinance as provided by law. SECTION IV. Certification. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy of this ordinance to the Recorder of Johnson County, Iowa, upon final passage, approval of publication as provided by law. SECTION V. Repealer. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION VI. Severability. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. SECTION VII. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and posting as provided by law. Councilman Morgan introduced the foregoing ordinance which was then duly read and considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Stoner and seconded by Councilman Spivey. On roll call vote, Councilman Spivey, Stoner, Morgan, Stratton voted "Aye". none voted "Nay". Mayor declared motion carried. Absent: Eggers. Councilman Morgan then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. Seconded by Councilman Stratton. On roll call vote Councilman Spivey, Stoner, Morgan, Stratton voted "Aye." Councilman none voted "Nay". Absent: Eggers Councilman Spivey then moved for final adoption of this ordinance, seconded by Councilman Stratton. On roll call vote Councilman Spivey, Stoner, Morgan, Stratton voted "Aye." Councilman none voted "Nay." Absent: Eggers The Mayor then declared Ordinance No. 1988-148 duly passed and adopted on this 8th day of June, 1988.
