SECTION VII. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law. Passed by the Council on this 9th day of November, 1983 and approval by the Council on the 9th day of November, 1983 Attest: ADELIA S. KERN, CLERK-TREASURER The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1979-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO M-1 INDUSTRIAL, was published on the 14th day of November, 1983 by posting copies thereof in three places within the city limits, two of which are the mayor's office and the post office. ADELIA S. KERN, CLERK-TREASURER Councilman Brown introduced the foregoing ordinance which was then read and duly considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Rohret, and seconded by Councilman Brown. On roll call Councilman Brown, Cox, Spivey, Rohret, Stevens voted "Ayes." Councilman ______ voted "Nays." Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried. Councilman Stevens then moved that the rule or law requiring three different readings of this ordinance on three different dates by dispensed with. On roll call Councilman Brown, Cox, Spivey, Rohret, Stevens voted "Ayes." Councilman ______ voted "Nays." The Mayor then declared this Ordinance duly passed an adopted on this 9th day of November, 1983. Posted in three places within the corporate limits of Tiffin, Iowa. Attest: ADELIA S.
