CONTROL OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa:
PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is to protect the health,
safety and welfare of the citizen' s of the City of Tiffin and the
general public to regulate the control and movement of traffic.
