I, Clerk of the Town of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an Ordinance entitled Ordinance Amending #63, and known as No. 72, was duly passed by the Council on the 10th day of December, 1975 signed by the Mayor on the 12th day of January, 1976 and published on the 12th day of January, 1976, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the town limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
