moved by Councilman Potter that the ordinance be placed upon its passage and be adopted. Councilman Formanek seconded the motion. Roll call vote was made and the vote was: AYES: Roger Formanke Glenn Potter Tom Morgan Roger Janssen NAYES: NONE Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 72 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by fixing his signature thereto.
