SECTION 3. Compensation. He shall be paid such compensation as specified by council resolution. SECTION 4. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. The office of treasurer heretofore existing is abolished as of August 13, 1975. SECTION 5. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage approval and publication as provided by law.
