STATE OF IOWA ) COUNTY OF JOHNSON ) SS: I, Maggie O'Doole, Town Clerk, of the Town of Tiffin, in the County of Johnson, State of Iowa, do hereby certify that a correct and complete copy of the Ordinance of said Town, adopted by the Council thereof on the 6th day of October, 1965, approved by the Mayor thereof on the 6th day of October, 1965, entitled: "Ordinance No. 57. An ordinance to create a sewer district and provide for sewer rental, setting forth rental charges and the manner in which they shall be collected, and providing penalties thereof in the Town of Tiffin, Iowa", was officially posted on the 7th day of October, 1965, in three public places within said Town, as follows: Madden's Grocery Flansburg's Hardware Store Tiffin Lockers I further certify that at this time and at the times aforesaid no newspaper was published in said Town.
