The foregoing ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING AND FIXING THE TOWN SEAL AND DEFINING ITS USES, was published on the 7th day of March, 1928, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits, two of which places were the mayor's office and the post office.
