Minutes of Regular Council Meeting, December 1, 1971, Tiffin, Iowa Edna Miller, Town Treasurer, sent financial report with Clerk to be presented to Council. Everett Brown hired to watch School Crossing. Iowa State Highway Commission Budget read. Ted Spivey made a motion to approve budget. Ned Allen seconded. All in favor by Roll Call Vote. Clerk to write a letter to Mr. Earl Volkman to fill in an open ditch on his property by December 15, 1971, or the Town will fill it in at his expense. Ned Allen made a motion to authorize Glenn Potter to purchase a blade for the Town tractor. Ted Spivey seconded. All in favor by Roll Call Vote. Ned Allen made a motion to pay the following bills: Kandy Kobald seconded.
