Mrs. Mary Colony present reporting that Mr. Voparil had removed fences on the north and east sides of her property, and that they were her fences. The Council and Attorney Meek told Mrs. Colony that this was a personal matter between her and Mr. Voparil and it was outside the Town's jurisdictions. Discussion: Drainage off property north of Highway #6 through Sadler property and those on south. To check on property lines on west side of Veryy's, Campbell's and Brown's property. The future possibility of putting in a sidewalk to the High School on third street. Glenn Potter made a motion to accept the following money. Kandy Kobold seconded.
