Water Audit completed by A.B. Clemence & Co. and forwarded to FHA. Glenn Potter made a motion to accept this audit. Kandy Kobold seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Glenn Potter made a motion to accept and place on file the Financial Report for August 1972 from the Town Treasurer. Ted Spivey seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Ted Spivey filed an application for a building permit for a garage. Glenn Potter made a motion to approve the application and issue permit. Roll Call Vote. Kandy Kobold-aye Glenn Potter- aye Ted Spivey- abstained. Motion carried. Kandy Kobold made a motion to approve an application for a beer and liquor license from the Lark Supper Club, Inc. Ted Spivey seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Discussions: (1) moving dirt and replacing tube on Leland Campbell property.
