He says he would like to have town sewer service so he could open up land to development; however the existing sewer line won't accommodate his house. To be served best a line would have to come up through the Allen property west of all those houses which looks like an impossibility as far as getting easements from Mrs. Allen would be required. I don't think Clyde is too serious about this development business but for the record I thought I'd send this along to the mayor & council.
