DON'T SAY IT - WRITE IT ATTENTION: Tiffin Council Date 9-6-72 Subject Wolfe vs Allen From Don Davis Clyde Wolfe called me yesterday A.M (9-4-72) to come to his place concerning a complaint he received through his hired man, registered by Mrs. Allen. She contends he is out-letering his septic drain on her property. Clyde maintains he is on a field tile & all she is getting is surface water. I saw a hole filled with water which the pigs were wallowing in. This was right in a natural water-way so it would be filled by any run-off. I told Clyde as long as there was no sewer line involved (belonging to the town) it looked like a private matter to me. (Right Ralph?) Clyde says she is allowing two weeks
