Minutes of Special Council Meeting, January 25, 1973, Town of Tiffin, Iowa. Mayor Stratton presiding: Present: Potter, Spivey, Birtcher, Kobold, Janssen Att. Neuzil absent. Glenn Potter made a motion to approve the Water Works Budget for 1973. Kandy Kobold seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Glenn Potter made a motion to pay Margaret Stockman, Avis Grindstaff and Rose Bollei $2.50 per hour for 3 hours for helping with the Water Audit. Beverly Birtcher seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Ted Spivey made a motion to pay Ted Colony $50.00 for cutting down and removing the tree on the Eva Files property. Roger Janssen seconded/All in favor by roll call vote. Mayor Stratton and Roger Janssen reported on the meeting they attended, January 22, 1973 concerning the Iowa City Landfill. Glenn Potter made a motion to adjourn. Roger Janssen seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Meeting adjourned Judy Smith Town Clerk
