J. Leonard was present to discuss building an 8-plex on lot south of Voparii 8-plex. He was advised that the lot is only big enough to accommodate a 4-plex. Bill Bream moved that a twenty-five foot, 3-inch soft suction hose be purchased to prevent collapse of city water mains when being used by fire trucks. The cost would be approximately $125.00.
