Councilmembers present: Beverly Birtcher, Roger Janssen, Judy Smith. Absent Bill Bream, Glenn Potter. Also present Attorney Neuzil. Purpose of the meeting was to accept bids for sale of $31,000 sewer bonds. As there were no objections or petitions against the issuance of the sewer bonds and there were no persons present to submit oral bids, the Clerk was instructed to open the two sealed bids, after which it was determined the bid from Carleton D.
