Mayor Brotherton reported that Roto-Rooter does not do the type of work required to clear the tile causing water problems on South edge of Tiffin. They do contract this type work with a Waterloo agency with a $200.00 minimum contract being required. Glenn Potter made a motion to enter into a $200.00 minimum contract with this company. Judy Smith seconded. Motion carried. Mayor Brotherton reported equipment for pedestrian walk-way and the street signs for traffic control has been ordered.
