TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council held a special session on February 16, 1977 at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmembers present: Janssen, Morgan and Formanek. Absent: Potter and Stratton. Formanek moved to dispense with the minutes of the February 9th meeting and consider them at the next regular meeting. Morgan seconded and motion carried unanimously. Janssen moved to approve the proposed budget for FY 77-78. Morgan seconded and motion carried unanimously. Janssen moved to set the Budget Hearing date on Wednesday, February 23, 1977 at 7:00 p.m. Morgan seconded and motion carried unanimously. Janssen moved to adjourn. Formanek seconded and motion carried unanimously. The Tiffin City Council conducted a public hearing on the proposed budget for 1977-1978 at City Hall on February 23, 1977 at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmembers present: G. Potter and T. Morgan. Absent: R. Janssen, R. Formanek and J. Stratton. There were no objections to, or arguments in favor of, any part of the proposed budget. Meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m. James E.
