The Tiffin City Council conducted a public hearing on the proposed budget for 1977-78 at City Hall on February 23, 1977 at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmembers present: G. Potter and T. Morgan. Absent: R. Jansen, R. Formanek and J. Stratton. There were no objections to, or arguments in favor of, any part of the proposed budget. Meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m. Beverly J.
