Clerk's notes from March 8th regular Council meeting. Ken Harrison attended the meeting to inquire of Council if any major repair or rebuilding is planned this year in the Street budget. Council replied that general maintenance repair is all that is planned. Volph Prew reported on work accomplished at the effluent pond site. Council directed Prew to hire someone to fill the exposed, broken field tile with cement to stop the leakage into the ponds. Street signs have been re-ordered. Stratton set the Life Contest for into in April. Atty. Rouzill reported that the application for condemnation proceedings on the Rouzill property had been made and that the court date will be set and he will be notified. The Atty. has the original copy of the Schleissel Realty Co. appraisal of this property. A copy is on file at the City office. He also advised that the ordinance committee will be meeting soon.
