TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council met in special session on June 28, 1977 at 9:00 p.m. in City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmembers present: T. Morgan, R. Formanek and R. Janssen; Absent: J. Stratton and G. Potter. The meeting was called to review an application for a building permit for an addition to the Lark Supper Club, Hwy. #6, Marengo Road. Council deferred until additional requested information is received. No action was taken. Janssen moved to enter into an agreement with the Coralville Library Board of Trustees, Coralville, Iowa to provide library services and usage to the residents of Tiffin for the period July 1, 1977 through June 30, 1978 for the sum of $200.00. Morgan seconded and motion carried unanimously. Adjournment motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Morgan and carried unanimously at 9:25 p.m. James E. Brotherton, Mayor Beverly J.
