TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council held a special meeting on July 21, 1977 at 8:00 p.m. in City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding called roll at 8:11 p.m. Councilmembers present: T. Morgan, G. Potter, J. Stratton and R. Janssen; R. Formanek, absent. The Mayor suspended the normal order of business and post-poned the reading of the minutes until August. Stratton moved to issue a building permit to Mr. Bob Thompson for an addition to the Lark Supper Club, Marengo Road and the adjacent building on Grant Street. Janssen seconded and motion carried unanimously. Morgan moved to adjourn at 8:21 p.m., seconded by Stratton and motion carried unanimously. James E. Brotherton, Mayor Beverly J.
