TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council held a regular meeting on October 12, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding called the roll at 7:50 p.m. Councilmembers present: J. Stratton, R. Janssen, R. Formanek and G. Potter. Absent: T. Morgan. Also present: Barbara Murray. Formanek moved to approve the September 14th minutes with a correction in the adjournment motion to read "Formanek seconded". Janssen seconded and motion carried unanimously. Stratton moved to approve the financial report for September. Formanek seconded and motion carried unanimously. Janssen moved to pay the following bills and accept the following receipts. Stratton seconded and motion carried unanimously.
