TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council met in regular session on November 9, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. in the Clear Creek School Board Room. Mayor Brotherton presiding called roll at 7:45 p.m. Councilmembers present: R. Formanek, T. Morgan, G. Potter, J. Stratton and R. Janssen. Also present: Barbara Murray and Atty. Neuzil. Potter moved to approve the October 12th regular meeting minutes. Stratton seconded and motion carried as follows: Aye; Janssen, Stratton, Formanek and Potter. Abstain; Morgan. Morgan moved to accept the October financial report. Janssen seconded and motion carried unanimously. Potter moved that the Council accept the compromise agreement with Hawkeye Engineering, Inc., Coralville, Iowa, in the matter of the disputed effluent pond repair bill. Janssen seconded and motion carried unanimously. Potter moved to pay the following bills and accept the following receipts. Janssen seconded and motion carried unanimously.
